Position Overview:

Process & Business Analysis

• Model and optimize business processes.
• Support businesses in redesigning their workflows.
• Analyze the impact of changes on processes and systems.
• Capture business needs and translate them into business requirements.

Documentation & Requirements

• Create context diagrams, domain models, user stories and use cases.
• Challenge business needs and validate to‑be processes.
• Align and validate requirements between business and IT.
• Validate IT’s functional analysis.

Data & Testing

• Support data quality initiatives and data migrations.
• Test and validate tool releases post‑implementation.

Change & Adoption

• Prepare training materials and deliver end‑user training.
• Support change management using client’s methodology and toolkit.
• Assist users during post‑implementation.

What you'll do:

• Knowledge of IoT, AI, predictive maintenance technologies (plus).
• Experience with industrial asset maintenance (plus).
• Min. 5 years’ experience gathering & documenting business needs.
• Min. 5 years’ experience analyzing & modelling business processes.
• Experience modelling information needs within processes.
• Experience with test plans and training documentation.
